SOQ-013009 - RFQ Psychological Evaluation

Summary of Specifications:
Needs Statement: The Department from time to time has the need to contract out psychological evaluation services for children alleged or adjudicated to have committed delinquent conduct or conduct indicating a need for supervision in order to provide critical information necessary for treatment planning and/or placement in a residential treatment facility, and, if necessary, to provide remuneration to such evaluators for court testimony concerning children previously evaluated. 

Statement of Purpose: The intent of this RFQ is to obtain a pool of contracted mental health professionals to perform psychological evaluation services for children alleged or adjudicated to have committed delinquent conduct or conduct indicating a need for supervision, and, if necessary, to provide court testimony concerning children previously evaluated.
