Summary of Specifications:
Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment required to perform all work in strict accordance with all provisions of this solicitation including attached specification manual and drawings for the Exterior Repairs of the Vista Verde Plaza Building. Those pages marked with an “*” asterisk on the Table of Contents must be submitted with your bid, including pages marked P1 – P6 of the project manual. NOTE: Award will be made in the aggregate. You must bid all items to be considered for award. NOTE: Bid documents including plans and specifications may be picked up at the following location: WestEast Design Group. LLC 1617 E. Commerce Street, Suite 7102 San Antonio, Texas 78205-3325 210-530-0755 (O) 210-530-9427 (F) katherinek@westeastdesign.com Note: Plans and specifications may be obtained from the office of WestEast Design Group. LLC, upon a one hundred dollar ($100.00) deposit will be required for each set of plans and specifications. Checks shall be made payable to WestEast Design Group.LCC. Only Cashier’s Check or Certified Checks will be accepted. A CD containing specifications and drawings is also available for a non-refundable fee of $5.00. Upon the safe return, within three (3) days after bid opening, of qualified bidder’s set of plans and specifications a refund for the entire deposit shall be made. Torn or frayed plans will not be refunded.
