BexarMet is seeking sealed bids for the study of Water Utility Rates. The firm must be qualified to conduct studies on water utility rates. Qualifications will be confirmed through the references so stated on the bidder's proposal. Bidders are also advised that the "Notice to Bidders" form is to be completed and either fax or emailed to the address so stated. This is for record purposes only. Further, if addenda is issued on this RFP, please acknowledge the addendum issued appropriately. Do not use the notice issued by the Texas Bid System. This is not an authorized addendum and any bid so containing this notice from the Tx Bid System will declare a bid as non-responsive and will not be considered.
