Brevity is preferred and appreciated. As such, please limit your response to no more than 40 pages, there is no page limit to the appendix, and it does not count toward the 40-page limit.
After reviewing written electronic responses, COBS will invite select brokers to make one-hour presentations at city hall located in Balch Springs, TX.
We will schedule the presentations between January 28 - 29, 2025, for no more than two hours in duration.
Please send any questions about this RFP to HR at the email address above no later than January 10, 2025. We’ll respond directly to the person who submits the question. If a question asks for information that might be helpful to everyone, we’ll compile those and send the responses to all brokers after the questions deadline.
This process does not involve insurance markets now and no insurer or reinsurer should be contacted prior to broker appointment.
Additionally, all organizations must be compliant with all applicable state and federal regulations and be able to provide proof of compliance upon request.
