This is a sealed bid. All completed bids are to be placed in a 9.5 inch by 12.5 inch sealed manila envelope. The outer envelope shall be labeled with the following language/information:

All proposals must include line items for the cost of: (i) parts; (ii) materials; (iii) installation; and (iv) labor, if separate from installation and a total turn key amount.

The City expressly reserves the right to: (i) reject any or all proposals; (ii) waive minor deviations from the specifications when determined to be in the best interest of the City; (iii) make an award under this Request for Proposals to more than one vendor; and (iv) terminate the contract upon thirty (30) days written notice.
SUBMITTALS WILL BE OPENED PUBLICLY AND THE NAMES OF THOSE THAT SUBMITTED PROPOSALS WILL BE READ ALOUD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT THE BALCH SPRINGS CITY HALL LOCATED AT 13503 ALEXANDER ROAD, BALCH SPRINGS 75181 ON WEDNESDAY, JULY 14, 2021 AT 10:00AM CST.
