The Bidder.
1. The selected bidder shall have no convictions or civil judgments preceding nor there after this solicitation rendered against Owner for 1) commission of fraud or a criminal offense in connection with obtaining, attempting to obtain, or performing a public (federal, state or local) transaction or contract under a public transaction; 2) violation of federal or state antitrust statutes or commission of embezzlement, theft, forgery, bribery, falsification or destruction of records, making false statements, or receiving stolen property.
2. The selected bidder’s firm shall not ever have been indicted for or otherwise criminally or civilly charged by a government entity (federal, state or local) with commission of any of the offenses enumerated above.
3. Where applicable, Bidder’s staff must meet and maintain current certifications and or licensure requirements as mandated by the state law or appropriate licensing authority.
4. Bidder must be not debarred at the time of response submission. The Bidder must supply their registration
number (UEI) and records search results. Prior to award, the Bidder must provide proof of registration, active/good standing and non-debarment status in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and this will be checked prior to award of the contract. If the Bidder is not registered with SAM.gov, or the bidder is debarred, then the bidder’s proposal will not be evaluated.
