RFP-10-028-215-RL-013 - 3rd Party Inspection Services – Little Elm Trail Roadway Extension

Summary of Specifications:
The Little Elm Trail Roadway Extension project includes construction of a 4 lane divided roadway section from the existing stub out near the Lakeline Blvd and Little Elm Trail intersection, connecting to the existing section of Little Elm near the Juliette Way Intersection, and then connecting to and expanding the existing 2 lane divided section in the Red Oak subdivision. These improvements generally include excavation, embankment, concrete curb and gutter, HMACP, sidewalks, 16” water line, culvert installation, and a final asphalt overlay. 

Specific Construction Phase Services for which we are requesting proposals for are daily inspection / observation, review of pay applications, scheduling and review of quality assurance testing, attendance at project meetings, daily reporting, identification of deficiencies and design conflicts, and coordination with design engineers, contractor’s representatives and project managers. The inspector / observer will assist with submittals, RFI’s, and change order logs.
