Summary of Specifications:
The City of Cedar Park is seeking Statements of Qualification (SOQs) from qualified architectural and engineering firms to design and prepare construction drawings for an expansion and repurpose of the Police Department Building. As part of the proposal, firms are asked to submit a statement of qualifications, which includes their experience in police facility planning and design of similar size projects. Considerations should be made for all phases of architectural and engineering services, construction cost estimations, and any other items necessary to successfully complete the project.
