It is the intent of the City of Cedar Park to select a consultant to provide general obligation bond election advisory task force facilitation services for a possible future bond election. Anticipated major activities involve working with and assisting city staff with: development of bond task force schedule and program, review of city staff’s initial project list and relevant long-range planning/master plan documents, assist with city led public engagement plan creation and implementation, preparation of visual aid materials, meeting summaries, attendance of bond task force and public engagement meetings, presentations on various topics throughout the task force process, identification, analysis and task force discussion of potential projects resulting from public engagement and task force meeting process, preparing cost estimates and timelines for projects, ranking/prioritization process for projects, prepare draft and final report and recommendation of potential bond projects to task force and City council. The anticipated budget for this project is $50,000.
