Additional Bidding Instructions

All responses to this RFP shall be submitted on the attached response forms. Proposals
must be received at City of Cedar Park Finance Office at or before 2:00 P.M. CT on
March 11, 2022. Each Proposal must be properly identified with the subject title and
date and time due. The City will accept electronic submissions submitted through the
Texas BidNet Direct website, or through hard copy submissions. If delivering hard copy
submissions, proposers must include: One (1) original and three (3) copies of the
Proposal submitted BOTH in written, hard-copy format, and one (1) copy in electronic
format on a USB drive (submissions need to be set-up as one file on the USB, not
multiple individual folders/files), and delivered in a sealed envelope via mail, courier
service, or hand delivery to:
