Summary of Specifications:
The City of Cedar Park (the “City”) is requesting proposals for a three (3) year bank depository services contract in accordance with City Charter with service to begin February 1, 2012 and extend through January 31, 2015 with a possible two year extension pending City Council approval. Through this contract the City intends to minimize banking costs, improve operational efficiency, and maximize its investment capabilities. This Request for Proposal (RFP), which represents the City's cash management goals, specifies all required qualifications, the banking services required, the estimated activity volumes on all accounts, the method and terms of compensation, submission instructions and contract award provisions. All qualified institutions, as defined below, are invited to submit a proposal.
