The City of Cedar Park (“the City”) is requesting proposals from qualified firms for the purpose of providing On-Call Debris Removal Services, in accordance with the terms and Scope of Work specified herein. The City reserves the right to award multiple contracts to be utilized on an “as-needed” basis to provide clean-up, demolition, removal, reduction, and disposal of debris as directed by the City following a natural or manmade disaster.

All responses to this RFP shall be submitted on the attached response forms. Proposals must be received at City of Cedar Park Finance Department at or before 2:00 PM Central CT on February 6, 2025. Each Proposal must be properly identified with the subject title and date and time due. Proposers shall electronically submit through the Texas BidNetDirect website.
