General Description of Work – The City of Cedar Park, hereinafter referred to as “City,” is soliciting requests for proposal (“RFP”) from qualified companies (“Providers”) to provide document collection and shredding services necessary to adequately dispose of our paper documents in accordance with guidelines from the Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC). The City intends to select one Provider through this RFP process that is believed to be able to provide the best value to the City.

Additional Bidding Instructions

All responses to this RFP shall be submitted on the attached response forms. RFPs must be received at the City of Cedar Park Finance Department at or before 2:00 P.M. CT on April 21, 2022. Each RFP must be properly identified with the subject title and date and time due. One (1) original and three (3) copies of the RFP shall be submitted in written, hard-copy format, and one (1) copy in electronic format on a USB drive, and delivered in a sealed envelope via mail, courier service, or hand delivery.
