The City intends to award Consultant a Consulting Service Agreement, hereinafter referred to as “AGREEMENT,” for such efforts.

Additional Bidding Instructions

All responses to this RFQ shall be submitted on the attached response forms. SOQs must be received at the City of Cedar Park Finance Department at or before 2:00 P.M. CT on November 29th, 2021. Each SOQ must be properly identified with the subject title and date and time due. One (1) original and three (3) copies of the SOQ shall be submitted in written, hard-copy format, and one (1) copy in electronic format on a USB drive, and delivered in a sealed envelope via mail, courier service, or hand delivery.
