This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish the
scope of services and requirements to enter into a contract with a qualified
investment advisor. The successful contractor shall provide nondiscretionary and
discretionary portfolio management service for the City of Cedar Park’s
investment portfolio, to include all required labor, materials, and travel to provide
these services and shall meet or exceed the requirements as specified in this RFP.
