This project will include, but is not limited to, site mobilization, historical restoration of the John M. King Log House walls, roof, doors, porch, staircase, fireplace, interior/exterior finishes and site landscaping. This project will not include HVAC, plumbing, cabinets, irrigation, etc. Also, on the back side of original cabin sits an addition with limestone exterior wall that will need to be demolished and removed from site. Company experience working on historical building restoration is strongly recommended but not required.
