Description

The City of Cedar Park is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified engineering firms to provide the services described in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for preparation of a Mobility Master Plan (MMP).

The selected consultant will not only conduct in-depth review, updates and revisions to the City’s existing 2010 Trails Master Plan and the City’s 2015 Transportation Master Plan, but also incorporate both plans along with the City’s 2020 Transit Study into one integrated document titled “Mobility Master Plan”. The MMP is a document that serves to implement goals within the City’s Comprehensive Plan related to all modes of transportation.
