RFQ-03-015-219-KR-013 - Professional Services For Lakeline Park Phase 1 Design

The City of Cedar Park seeks the services of qualified engineering and architectural consultants for design and construction phase services associated with the construction of Phase 1 of Lakeline Park. Lakeline Park consists of approximately 200 acres of undeveloped City-owned parkland in southern Cedar Park.  The master planning of the proposed park was completed in December 2018.  Phase 1 of the park will include the development of a variety of park features on the North side of the park including: a multi-purpose performing arts pavilion, great lawn, trails, playground, splash pad, multi-purpose practice fields, kayak launch, fishing pier, picnic pavilions, restroom facilities and roadway infrastructure and parking for vehicular access to the park.
 
Project development will include surveying, detailed site, park and utility design, all necessary jurisdictional permitting, the identification of utility conflicts (if any), coordination with utility companies and outside agencies, environmental coordination, and any other items necessary to successfully develop the project.
