Summary of Specifications:
The City of Cedar Park seeks the services of qualified engineering consultants for the development of Construction Plans, Specifications, and Estimates for the 1890 Ranch East Driveway Right Turn Lane. Design of the roadway improvements shall consist of a right turn deceleration lane with necessary drainage improvements. Additionally, coordination with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) to obtain an Advanced Funding Agreement (AFA) and environmental clearance will be required. Project development will also include the preparation of schematics, surveying, all permitting, identification of additional right-of-way requirements, the identification of utility requirements and conflicts, required City utility adjustments, coordination with utility companies and outside agencies, attending of utility coordination meetings, public involvement, and any other items necessary to successfully develop the project.
