Summary of Specifications:
The City of Hutto is requesting Statements of Qualifications for owner’s representation services to complement the design and construction of the Hutto South Wastewater Treatment Plant. The proposed facility will be capable of treating approximately 2 million gallons per day (MGD). The City is currently in the preliminary design phase and is scheduled to start construction in June 2014, with a projected completion date of October 2015.
