1. Purpose
The City of Leander, herein after “City”, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after “Respondent”, to provide construction services for the delivery of the of San Gabriel Parkway Phase 2.
2. Background
The Work consists of extending San Gabriel Parkway by approximately 2,200 feet eastward, from the existing section in Palmera Bluff to Ronald W. Reagan Boulevard.
3. Project Firm and Plans
The design and construction management services for the Project are being provided by Freese and Nichols, Inc, 10431 Morado Circle, Suite 300, Austin, Texas 78759.
