Description

The City of New Braunfels is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consultant(s) interested in providing cost estimating services for the proposed 2019 Bond Program.

Provide cost estimating services independent of, but in conjunction with, the preliminary design process. The selected consultant(s) will work (estimate) independently from the design team during each phase. Once each phase is complete the selected consultant (hereafter “Consultant”) and the design firm will work together to revise cost estimates, design deliverables, etc. to provide the best possible project information.
