The City of New Braunfels is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified design firms interested in providing a Needs Study, Conceptual Design and Schematic Design and cost estimating for the proposed 2019 Bond Program.

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:
Fire Station No. 2 Replacement: Construction of a new fire station on an existing City-owned property on Water Lane to replace the existing Fire Station #2. The fire station will sleep up to 12 and have 4 bays. Other necessary components include: secure parking, public space, gym/work-out space, commercial kitchen, medical supply area, bunker gear storage, day room, dining room, etc.
