CSP-13-029 - Golf Course Reconstruction

Summary of Specifications:
The City of New Braunfels is accepting proposals for the complete reconstruction of the existing Landa Park Golf Course including greens, tees, fairways, roughs, surrounds, water features, cart paths, bridge replacement, drainage improvements, retaining wall repairs, new irrigation system including two pumping stations, two water transfer pumping systems, installation of various grass and other vegetation and coordination with various agencies to protect habitat, water quality and archeological artifact zones.
