The City of New Braunfels is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified design firms interested in providing a Needs Study, Conceptual Design and Schematic Design and cost estimating for the proposed 2019 Bond Program.

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:
Guadalupe River Properties Master Plan: Project is to utilize City-owned property to create a linear park adjacent to the Guadalupe River near the Common Street Bridge. Park may include roadway and pedestrian improvements as well as water’s edge activities. There is a visioning document that was created with City staff and public/stakeholder input.
