19-002 - Hotel Occupancy Tax and Compliance Services

The City of New Braunfels (“City”) seeks proposals from qualified respondents interested in providing the services described in this RFP. The successful respondent will assume responsibility for the collection and remittance of hotel occupancy taxes (“HOT’) assessed within the incorporated boundaries of the City as well as assist the City in the discovery, recovery, auditing, reporting and compliance (land use and tax payment) for all overnight rental operators.
