IFB-09-002 - Phase 3-05 Street Maintenance Project

Summary of Specifications:
The City of New Braunfels is seeking a contractor to provide construction services for the 2005 Street Maintenance project - Phase 3-05 Street, water and Sewer Improvements project. This project includes the street reconstruction of Dellaire Dr, Belmead Dr and Belmont Dr, and the milling and overlaying of West Torrey Street from Elizabeth to Union and Gruene Road from Loop 337 to East Torrey. This project also includes the reconstruction of water and sewer mains and services within the streets to be reconstructed.
