The Railroad Quiet Zones Project Phase 1 includes roadway improvements and mill and overlay procedures for the roadway/rail crossing along UPRR Mainline No. 1 from Bridge Street to Church Hill Drive and along UPRR Mainline No. 2 from Hinman Island Drive to Roack Street.
