RFP # 2101-6 - Rebid Traffic Signal Maintenance

CITY OF PFLUGERVILLE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL INVITATION TO BIDDERS
The City of Pflugerville, Texas will solicit bids for furnishing all labor, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work required for Traffic Signal Maintenance. Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 31, 2021. The City of Pflugerville is one of the fastest growing communities in the nation and is located approximately 20 miles north of Austin. The City has witnessed significant increase in population from approximately 19,500 in 2000 to approximately 48,500 in 2010 per the Census Bureau. The population is anticipated to exceed 60,000 in the 2020 Census. The City requires assistance in the operations and maintenance of their growing number of traffic signal and flashing beacon infrastructure consisting of approx. 45 traffic signals and 42 flashing beacons. Copies of the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will ONLY be on file at the following location starting Wednesday, March 17, 2021: - www.Texasbidsystem.com, Project ID – “Traffic Signal Maintenance” Separate sealed RFP’s addressed to the City of Pflugerville, ATTN: Sabrina Schmidt, will be received on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. Electronically on Texasbidsystem.com or mailed to the City of Pflugerville P.O. Box 589, Pflugerville, Texas 78691. A non-mandatory pre-RFP submittal meeting will be held virtually at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 24, 2021, refer to the Microsoft Teams Meeting call-in information below or the project information on Texas Bid System for more details on how to attend the virtual pre-RFP submittal meeting.
