Summary of Specifications:
INTRODUCTION: The City of San Marcos is requesting proposals from Engineering firms to prepare construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents for the construction of neighborhood sidewalks. The successful proponent will also perform construction administration duties during project construction. All services are to be performed by persons appropriately licensed and registered under state laws governing the practice of engineering. The successful proponent will comply with 24 CFR 85 Section 85.36(3) Standards of Conduct
