RFP-24-009 - Operation, Maintenance, and Management of City Water Treatment Facilities and/or Wastewater Treatment Facilities. GENERAL INFORMATION: The City of San Marcos, Texas is requesting proposals for the operation, maintenance, and management of the City's SWTP and/or WWTP. The City and the successful proponent(s) will enter into an operation, maintenance and management contract for the SWTP and/or WWTP addressing the issues in this RFP. The City reserves the right to contract for the operation, maintenance, and management (“OMM”) of the SWTP and/or WWTP combined or separately. Distribution and collection infrastructure maintenance is not included in this RFP.
