IFB-27-040 - Recoating of Ground Storage Tand and Standpipe

Summary of Specifications:
The successful bidder will provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, supervision, and other items or services necessary for the surface preparation and recoating of two (2) City of San Marcos (the “City”) welded steel ground storage tanks. The Spring Lake water tank (Exhibit “A”) is located at 708 Peques, San Marcos, Texas, has a capacity of 1,500,000 gallons, and measures 100’ x 30’. The McCarty standpipe (Exhibit “B”) is located at 2900 Great Oaks, San Marcos, Texas, has a capacity of 500,000, and measures 30’ x 100’.
