Important Note to Vendors:
Specifications may be downloaded at www.sanmarcostx.gov/eprocurement.Please follow the steps below to access specifications: 1. Go to www.sanmarcostx.gov/eprocurement. 2. Mouse over Vendor and click REGISTRATION from the drop down menu. 3. Enter all information required on the Vendor Registration page. 4. Once you click NEXT on the registration page, you will be prompted to add commodities. You can add one or multiple commodities to be associated with. When a solicitation is assigned with those commodities, you will receive a notification. 5. You will receive an email to verify your registration. This email can be directed to your Spam or Junk Mail inbox so please check there as well. Click on the link in the email to route to E-Procurement. 6. Mouse over Vendor and click LOGIN. Once you login, you will be directed to the main E-Procurement page which lists all the solicitations currently open. 7. Click on the title of the solicitation you want to view. 8. Click on the Specifications, Terms & Conditions link. It will direct you to the documents for that solicitation. Please open the documents to be placed on the plan holder’s list. All addendums, tabulations, etc. can only be downloaded at the above site. Quotes must be received by August 29, 2012, 2:00 p.m. It IS UNDERSTOOD that the City of San Marcos reserves the right to reject any and/or all quotes as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
