The City of Taylor, Texas is seeking qualifications from interested parties for consultant services to assist with:
1. Purchase and implementation of Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) Software System (Spherion) for the Police Department,
2. Purchase and implementation of a Public Safety Radio System (Motorola) for the Police Department, and
3. Purchase of replacement radios for the Fire Department to continue their current interoperability capabilities.
Firms are invited to submit a proposal outlining their experience and qualifications in performing work directly related to the services required as detailed in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) packet. Proposal documents are available by accessing the Texas Bid System website at www.bidnetdirect.com.
Submit one (1) original and (3) complete copies of the proposal, as well as an electronic copy saved to an external storage device, should be sent to the City of Taylor, Attn: Rosemarie Dennis, Finance Director, 400 Porter Street, Taylor, Texas 76574 and clearly marked “Proposal – Radio and CAD Consultant”.
