RFQ-TA-2272025-ARCH - 2025 Architectural Services

The City of Victoria, Texas, (“the City”), requests Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) from professional architectural firms and any professional architects (“Professional”) desiring to become part of an approved list of qualified architects to provide Architectural Services (“Project”), essentially encompassing all architectural services needed for public buildings and infrastructure within a municipality, ensuring they meet local regulations and community needs for the City of Victoria, Texas. The City anticipates requiring complete architectural services, which may include a team of engineering and other consultants as may be necessary for the design and oversight of future City project’s as well as preparation of milestone scheduling, and cost estimating. Any professional architectural firm and any professional architect responding to this RFQ shall be licensed by the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners (TBAE).
