The City anticipates the following items will be included in the scope of the Project: demolition and abandonment of an existing lift station, installation of a new lift station, approximately 353 LF of 8-inch PVC sewer line, 21 LF of 12-inch PVC sewer line, temporary bypass piping, electrical items, site preparation; excavation; SWPPP; and all other appurtenances necessary for the complete Project. The Project will be designed and constructed so as to meet all applicable federal, state, and local accessibility standards.

Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Seguin, through hard copy in our Bid Drop Off box located at 205 North River Street, Seguin, Texas 78155 until 3:00 P.M., Tuesday, August 27, 2024 for the Crossroads Boulevard Lift Station Project. Bids will be opened and read publicly in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 3:00 P.M. on that date. Hard copy bids should be in a sealed envelope no smaller than 8 ½” x 11” clearly marked:
