Description

The Municipal Court Judge will preside over Municipal Court for all class C Misdemeanors, violations of City ordinances, jury trials and other cases appropriately tried in a Municipal Court. The Municipal Court Judge will review search warrants; order and sign or reject criminal arrest warrants. Currently, the Municipal Court holds one (1) court day a month, on the second Thursday beginning at 9 am and held in session until all court business has been concluded. The City is open to changing this schedule.
