Description

The City of Weslaco, Texas (the “City”) is seeking responses (“RFQ”) from qualified individuals or firms (“Respondent”) experienced in providing engineering services for Hazard Mitigation Assessment (HMA) pre-award and post-award grant applications. The City of Weslaco will, in its sole discretion, determine the number of contracts awarded, and may decide not to award a contract because of this RFQ. The City reserves the right to negotiate with all service providers submitting timely Statement of Qualifications. The selected firm will provide pre-award and post-award engineering services for the Texas Water Development Board’s Flood Infrastructure Fund and the Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA) Grant Program
