2023-24-35 - TAX INCREMENT REINVESTMENT ZONE (TIRZ) CONSULTANT SERVICES

The City of Weslaco is a community of approximately 43,000 located in Hidalgo County. The City is seeking qualifications from qualified firms to provide all necessary management and administrative services related to a Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) Consultant.  The City is beginning the process of creating its first TIRZ and seeks an experienced firm to assist in the creation, management, and administration of this and future TIRZs. Qualifications may be submitted via BidNet in accordance with the requirements of this RFP. Interested firms are encouraged to review this RFP in detail, submit questions, and provide qualifications exhibiting their ability to assist with TIRZ administration.
