Description

Dallas County, Texas (hereinafter ‘’County) is requesting proposals from qualified Texas State Certified, Electronic Poll Book organizations, companies, firms, etc., to provide Electronic Poll Book Services, to streamline and enhance the efficiency of voter check-in processes during elections. The solution aims to improve accuracy, reduce wait times, and ensure data security. Dallas County will not guarantee any minimum expenditure with any selected Contractor during the contract term. The required services, deliverables, and performance conditions are described in the Scope of Work.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Dallas County Purchasing is requiring all responsive proposers to make presentations to the evaluation committee on January 31, 2025. No exceptions will be made to this schedule. Presentations will be in person, at a Dallas County, Texas location (TBD) on January 31, 2025. Please have your team available for a two-hour, in-person, presentation. Responsive proposers will present their solution and demonstrate, any/all aspects of the proposed solution to include demonstrations of the proposed equipment. Due to the time constraints, we are asking each proposer to bring decision makers and technical representatives to the presentation. Additionally, the highest ranked firm being selected, post presentations, will be asked to meet with Dallas County staff, and legal (Civil District Attorney’s Office, to finalize contract negotiations within 24hrs of notice. Please ensure your legal representation is notified of this requirement prior to submitting your proposal.
