2025-021-7046 - Grounds Maintenance

The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a 5-year term contract for landscaping maintenance to include mowing, edging, trimming, debris removal, pruning, irrigation, and other services at  Dallas County locations in accordance with the requirements described herein. Dallas County has 62 different locations that require landscaping services, and each location requires a high level of care and attention to maintain healthy trees, shrubs, and vegetation. Everyday thousands of Dallas County citizens enter these public spaces, and it is important that the landscapes for these locations are maintained in a professional manner, so citizens feel welcome and comfortable. A successful vendor will have a strong depth of knowledge and experience caring for the variety of trees, plants, flowers, shrubbery, and grasses found on County properties and will also have the capacity to provide regular visits to all of the locations in each group.
