2025-015-7040 - Preventative Maintenance, Inspections, and Repairs to Boilers etc...

The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a five-year service price agreement for preventive maintenance inspections and repair services on boilers, water storage heaters, steam generators, and related equipment, in accordance with the requirements described herein. Inspections and preventative maintenance visits will occur once per year for each piece of equipment. The equipment includes a variety of manufacturers such as Lochinvar, Cleaver Brooks, Steris, Peerless, Parker, Aerco, Weben-Jarco, Chicago, Weil-McLain, Raypak, Burnham, Rheem, Laars, and A. O. Smith. As needed, services will be requested for necessary repairs to equipment.

All submitted prices must be held for at least 120 days leading up to award.
