Description

Dallas County Health and Human Services, in collaboration with stakeholders, individuals with lived experience, the Ryan White Planning Council, Fast Track Counties and the HIV Task Force, is initiating a collaborative effort to conduct a comprehensive, status-neutral needs assessment for the Eligible Metropolitan Area (EMA) and two HIV Services Delivery Areas (HSDAs). This endeavor aims to plan and implement effective services to address the HIV/STI epidemic in the region.

The Request for Proposal solicits services for conducting follow-up needs assessments and ongoing support for the fiscal year 2025 Status Neutral Needs Assessment Report, as well as preparation for the comprehensive status-neutral needs assessment for HIV/STI services in fiscal year 2025 and fiscal year 2028. The assessment will cover multiple counties, including Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Fannin, Grayson, Hunt Rockwall, Kaufman, Ellis, Henderson, and Navarro.
