Description

The Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority (GBRA) is requesting bids from qualified, responsible companies for the purchase of 88,039 Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) of vintages 2018 and 2019. All qualified firms including Small, Minority, and Woman-Owned Businesses are encouraged to submit proposals in response to this invitation. RECs were created through hydroelectric power generation. RECs will be transferred to the awarded bidder through the State of Texas Renewable Energy Credit Trading Program via the ERCOT website. The RECs may be divided and awarded to several bidders at the discretion of GBRA.
