RFP 2024-P11 - RFP 2024-P11 Employee Group Health, Dental, and Employee Assistance Plans

Hays County (County) is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide Employee Health, Dental and Employee Assistance Plans. The County is looking for a comprehensive package to include Medical, Pharmacy, Dental, and Employee Wellness/Assistance Plan. The County is fully committed to implementing the chosen plans effective January 1, 2025, with open enrollment starting October 1, 2024. It is our intent to evaluate any combination of plan designs, networks, and services, as well as value added services, and is looking to partner with insurance companies who can help us to achieve competitive long term and stable financial success whilst offering a very robust benefits package. This does not include banking for the Health Savings Account.
