San Antonio Independent School District (hereafter “the District”), located in Bexar County, Texas is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations that will provide District employees additional pre-tax retirement savings via a 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan. Offering both the 457(b) and 403(b) plans will allow employees a choice as to how they wish to save for retirement and those who want to save more than the current 403(b) plan allows will be able to do so with the 457(b) Plan option.
