Summary of Specifications:
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is for the abatement (or remediation) services involving asbestos, lead and lead-based paint (LBP), and/or mold. Participating vendors may choose to be considered to be an “approved” contractor for one, two or all three of these abatement (remediation) projects over the course of this contract. Vendors must provide the submittals and complete the pricing table for each type of abatement project (i.e., asbestos, lead, or mold) they wish to be considered for.
