Description

The purpose of this request is to solicit non-profit educational consulting agencies (ECAs) for contracted support services as outlined in the Teacher Incentive Fund (TIF) grant proposal recently awarded by the U.S. Department of Education. The TIF is a five-year project with a purpose to support, develop, and implement sustainable performance-based compensation systems for teachers, principals, and other personnel in high-need schools, within the context of a school district’s overall Human Capital Management System (HCMS), in order to increase Educator effectiveness and student achievement in those schools.
