Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is seeking proposals for conference/meeting space, food & beverage, and sleeping rooms from qualified vendors within twelve (12) miles of the center of downtown in Houston or San Antonio to host the TWC 2025 (FY 26) Statewide Conference. TWC intends to award one (1) contract. TWC requires rooms for a total of seven (7) days. TWC requests access to rooms for two (2) days to set up for the event; two (2) additional days of “pre-conference” meetings and events prior to the beginning of the conference; and three (3) days to host the conference. Please see Section 2.2 for the details. To be considered for award, Respondents must submit a comprehensive response to the requirements contained in this RFP. Services must include those requested in this Article II, Scope of Work within the requested service area. Services set forth that contain the words “must” or “shall” are mandatory and must be provided as specified with no alteration, modification, or exception. Services set forth that contain the words “may” or “can” allow Respondents to offer alternatives to the way the services are provided. TWC is seeking a vendor to provide meeting space and food and beverage as prescribed. The requested services and corresponding deliverables are identified below.
