Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm will provide all environmental and civil engineering services related to studies, sampling, testing, analyses, regulatory guidance, designs, regulatory review and/or construction management for projects that may involve: environmental assessments; petroleum storage tank issues; storm water pollution prevention plans; spill response plans; spill prevention and countermeasures plans; site remediation; landfills and recycling; indoor and outdoor air quality monitoring; soil monitoring; surface water monitoring; groundwater monitoring; remediation design and operation; hazardous and non-hazardous waste analysis; hazardous waste profiling; transport SCOPE OF SERVICES Revision Date 02/24/2020 SCOPE OF SERVICES Page 2 of 8 and/or disposal; asbestos and lead surveys; indoor and outdoor air monitoring services to support abatement activities; airport emissions modeling; airport and aircraft noise services; waste diversion planning; alternative energy (solar); health and safety assessments or plans; wetland mitigation; U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Permitting; or environmental permitting necessary to operate, develop and maintain a large-hub international airport.
